We manage all approved maintenance requests and proactively handle property upkeep. Our team also oversees tenant communication, including rent collection, repair and maintenance coordination, and lease agreement violations.

Our Rate

We charge a property management fee of 10% of the monthly rent. Any additional fees, such as late fees and pet fees, are collected from tenants and passed directly to the owner in full.

Owners with 10+ units under Intrigue Real Estate get a reduced 8% rate.

If your property’s rental situation changes, we’ll take care of the transition process for you.

For tenants we didn’t originally place, we provide one free hour of onboarding or eviction assistance. After that, any additional time spent by our Operations Team will be billed at $40 per hour.

Bought a Property With Inherited Tenants?


We will onboard the tenants with a new lease and rent setup or coordinate their move-out if needed, always acting in your best interest.
